Press the frame at the opening and slide it until the opposite side releases, then remove the plexiglass and unscrew the wooden panel with a Phillips screwdriver.
- Ash compartment: Place the ashes inside and secure the panel back in place.
- Photo area: Place the photo or photos against the panel, replace the plexiglass, and reinstall the frame.
- Photo service: Uploaded photos can be edited into a print-ready image that is printed and trimmed to fit.

Can custom items be returned?
Custom products are typically not eligible for return unless there is a defect or an error on our end. If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll make it right.
