The Maple FIOH Hearts Pet Urn is a personalized wood pet urn made to keep your pet's ashes, photo, and memorial wording together in one calm display. Its left-side cascading heart layout features the fixed phrase "Forever in our heart" with heart accents between the words, while the right side leaves room for optional text that honors your pet by name.
Each urn is made in the United States from North American maple, a light wood that can range from white to soft peach. The smooth grain, clear-coat lacquer finish, hidden frame screws, and felt feet give this photo pet urn a clean look for a shelf, mantel, or remembrance area.
- Maple provides a light natural appearance with strong engraving contrast.
- The photo is protected by plexiglass and sits in the left-side frame opening.

What can be engraved on the Maple FIOH Hearts Pet Urn?
Frame engraving: The phrase "Forever in our heart" and the heart accents are fixed design elements.
- Top right: Add your pet's name.
- Bottom right: Add either a message or a lifespan.
- Lid engraving: Add a pet name, name with message, clip art, or a message up to 4 lines and 150 total characters.
Which size should I choose?
Select the urn size based on your pet's healthy weight and how much room you want inside. This design comes in three options for pets up to 120 pounds, and choosing the larger option is recommended when you are between sizes.
- Small: Best for smaller pets and compact memorial spaces.
- Medium: Best for many average size pets and everyday home display.
- Large: Best for larger pets or families who prefer extra interior room.
How are the ashes and photo placed inside?
The frame is removed first, then the ash panel is opened with a Phillips screwdriver. A Phillips screwdriver is required and is not included.
- Press on one side of the frame opening and slide the frame until the opposite side releases.
- Remove the plexiglass, unscrew the wooden panel, place the ashes inside, and secure the panel again.
- Place the photo against the panel, replace the plexiglass, and reinstall the frame.
- During customization, your uploaded photo is returned as a print-ready image that can be trimmed to fit the urn.

Will my engraving look exactly like the preview?
The preview is designed to be as accurate as possible. Minor differences can occur due to engraving methods and material grain, but spacing and text layout are closely matched.
How long does it take to make and ship a custom urn?
Production times vary by item. Most custom orders are made within a few business days and then ship according to the selected method at checkout.
Can custom items be returned?
Custom products are typically not eligible for return unless there is a defect or an error on our end. If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll make it right.

We edit your pet's photo and prepare it for a standard 6" x 4" print. You can print it at home or at major stores such as Walmart and Walgreens.
