Each urn is made in the United States from authentic North American black walnut, hand sanded, and finished with clear-coat lacquer. The frame can be engraved with your pet's name only or with your pet's name and lifespan. The phrase Forever in my heart is fixed on the frame.
Is the phrase on the frame customizable?
No. Forever in my heart is built into this corner cascading heart design, but you can add the available personalized engraving for your pet.
How do I choose the right size?
Choose the urn size by your pet's healthy weight, and select the next size up if your pet is within 5 lb of the next range.
- Small: 30 cubic inches for pets 1-30 lb.
- Medium: 70 cubic inches for pets 31-70 lb.
- Large: 120 cubic inches for pets 71-120 lb.
How are ashes and the photo placed inside?
A Phillips screwdriver is required and is not included.
- Slide the frame out from the opening and remove the plexiglass.
- Unscrew the wooden panel, place the ashes inside, and secure the panel again.
- Place the photo against the panel, replace the plexiglass, and reinstall the frame.

How long does it take to make and ship a custom urn?
Production times vary by item. Most custom orders are made within a few business days and then ship according to the selected method at checkout.
Can custom items be returned?
Custom products are typically not eligible for return unless there is a defect or an error on our end. If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll make it right.

We edit your pet's photo and prepare it for a standard 6" x 4" print. You can print it at home or at major stores such as Walmart and Walgreens.
