The Maple Rectangle Pet Urn is a clean photo-forward memorial for keeping your pet's ashes and a favorite picture together. The single rectangle opening keeps attention on the photo, making this wood pet urn a simple choice for customers who prefer a front design without frame engraving.
Handmade in the United States from North American maple, the urn is hand sanded and finished with clear-coat lacquer so the light white-to-soft-peach color range and smooth grain remain visible. Plexiglass protects the photo, the wooden ash panel is secured by four Phillips screws behind the frame, and felt feet help prevent slipping and scratching.
- The Rectangle frame is designed as a front photo-only style.
- Optional lid engraving can add a name, message, clip art, or a longer tribute.

Can the Rectangle frame be engraved?
No, this is the photo-only frame style in the collection. The front Rectangle frame does not include frame engraving.
- Lid option: Optional lid engraving can include a pet name, a name and message, clip art, or a message up to 4 lines and 150 total characters.
- Wood contrast: When lid engraving is selected, maple is known for strong engraving contrast.
What size should I order?
Pick the size according to your pet's healthy weight and your preferred amount of space. This urn is available in three sizes for pets up to 120 pounds, and sizing up is recommended when you are between options.
- Small: Made for smaller pets and a compact photo memorial.
- Medium: Works well for many average size pets.
- Large: Intended for larger pets or families who want more interior capacity.
How are ashes added and how does the photo fit?
The ashes are placed behind the frame, and the photo is positioned behind the plexiglass. You will need a Phillips screwdriver, and it is not included.
- Slide the frame out by pressing one side of the frame opening until the opposite side releases.
- Remove the plexiglass, open the wooden panel by removing the four Phillips screws, and place the ashes inside.
- Secure the panel again, add the photo, replace the plexiglass, and reinstall the frame.
- Photo printing is not included, but the uploaded image is returned as a print-ready file to trim after printing.

How long does it take to make and ship a custom urn?
Production times vary by item. Most custom orders are made within a few business days and then ship according to the selected method at checkout.
Can custom items be returned?
Custom products are typically not eligible for return unless there is a defect or an error on our end. If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll make it right.
