Handcrafted in the United States from North American maple, this wood pet memorial is hand sanded and sealed with clear-coat lacquer to show the light wood tone and smooth grain. The photo is protected by plexiglass, the ashes rest behind a wooden panel with four hidden Phillips screws, and felt feet help protect the display surface.

Frame engraving is optional on this style. The Side Heart frame can include your pet's name, a message, and a lifespan.
- Lid engraving: Optional lid engraving can include a pet name, a name with message, clip art, or a message up to 4 lines and 150 total characters.
- Maple engraving: Maple is noted for strong engraving contrast.
How should I choose a size?
Choose based on your pet's healthy weight and the amount of ashes you need to store. This side heart urn comes in three size options for pets up to 120 pounds, and selecting the larger size is recommended when in doubt.
- Small: Suited for smaller pets and compact remembrance areas.
- Medium: Suited for many standard pet memorials.
- Large: Suited for larger pets or extra interior space.
How are the ashes and photo installed?
The process uses the removable front frame and hidden wooden panel. Opening the panel requires a Phillips screwdriver, which is not included.
- Press at the side of the frame opening and move the frame until the opposite side releases.
- Remove the plexiglass, open the wooden panel with the screwdriver, add the ashes, and secure the panel again.
- Position the photo against the panel, replace the plexiglass, and reinstall the frame.
- Your uploaded photo is edited during customization and returned as a print-ready image to trim after printing.

The preview is designed to be as accurate as possible. Minor differences can occur due to engraving methods and material grain, but spacing and text layout are closely matched.
How long does it take to make and ship a custom urn?
Production times vary by item. Most custom orders are made within a few business days and then ship according to the selected method at checkout.
Can custom items be returned?
Custom products are typically not eligible for return unless there is a defect or an error on our end. If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll make it right.
