Handmade in the United States from North American maple, this photo pet urn has a light natural color range, even grain, and smooth appearance. The clear-coat lacquer finish, plexiglass cover, hidden Phillips screws, secure wooden ash panel, and felt feet support a clean display for your remembrance area.

How is the Side Oval frame engraved?
Frame engraving is optional. This layout can place your pet's name and message on the right side, with the lifespan positioned below the oval photo opening.
- Lid personalization: The lid can also be engraved with a pet name, name with message, clip art, or a message up to 4 lines and 150 total characters.
- Engraving contrast: Maple is known for clear, strong contrast when engraved.
Which size works best?
Match the urn size to your pet's healthy weight. This style offers three size options for pets up to 120 pounds, with the larger size recommended for close decisions.
- Small: Best for smaller pets and modest display areas.
- Medium: Best for many medium pet memorial needs.
- Large: Best for larger pets or extra room inside the urn.
How do I place the ashes and photo?
The ashes are secured behind the photo frame with a wooden panel. A Phillips screwdriver is needed for the panel screws, and it is not included.
- Press one side of the frame opening and slide the frame until the opposite side pops out.
- Remove the plexiglass, remove the four Phillips screws, and open the wooden panel.
- Place the ashes inside, secure the panel, set the photo in position, replace the plexiglass, and reinstall the frame.
- During customization, the uploaded photo is edited into a print-ready image that can be trimmed after printing.

Will my engraving look exactly like the preview?
The preview is designed to be as accurate as possible. Minor differences can occur due to engraving methods and material grain, but spacing and text layout are closely matched.
How long does it take to make and ship a custom urn?
Production times vary by item. Most custom orders are made within a few business days and then ship according to the selected method at checkout.
Can custom items be returned?
Custom products are typically not eligible for return unless there is a defect or an error on our end. If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll make it right.

We edit your pet's photo and prepare it for a standard 6" x 4" print. You can print it at home or at major stores such as Walmart and Walgreens.
