The Oak Pet Urn | FIOH Hearts is a personalized photo pet urn for ashes, made for families who want a classic oak memorial with a heart focused front design. The left side displays a cherished photo, while the fixed "Forever in our heart" wording and heart accents create a meaningful tribute with space for your pet's name and either a short message or lifespan.
North American oak gives this pet cremation urn a sturdy, traditional look with natural grain that makes each piece feel personal. The urn is hand sanded, sealed with clear-coat lacquer, built with hidden frame hardware, and finished with felt feet to help protect the surface where it is displayed.

How can the FIOH Hearts urn be personalized?
- Fixed design: The phrase "Forever in our heart" and the heart accents remain as shown.
- Frame engraving: The top right can show your pet's name, and the bottom right can show either a message or a lifespan.
- Lid engraving: Optional lid engraving can include a pet name, a name with a message, clip art, or a message up to 4 lines and 150 total characters.
What size should I choose?
- Small: Small is for pets with a healthy weight of 1-30 lb and holds 30 cubic inches.
- Medium: Medium is for pets with a healthy weight of 31-70 lb and holds 70 cubic inches.
- Large: Large is for pets with a healthy weight of 71-120 lb and holds 120 cubic inches.
- Size tip: Choose the next size up if your pet is within 5 lb of the next range.
How do I add ashes and a photo?
- Ashes: Press one side of the frame opening, release the opposite side, remove the plexiglass, unscrew the wooden panel with a Phillips screwdriver, place the ashes inside, and secure the panel again.
- Photo: Set the printed photo against the panel, replace the plexiglass, and reinstall the frame.
- Photo file: Uploaded photos are edited and returned as a print-ready 6 x 4 in file, then the marked red area is trimmed after printing for the correct fit.
- Tool note: A Phillips screwdriver is required and is not included.

How does the customization process work?
Personalize your memorial directly on the product page. Choose your options, enter your text, and preview the layout before adding to cart.
Will my engraving look exactly like the preview?
The preview is designed to be as accurate as possible. Minor differences can occur due to engraving methods and material grain, but spacing and text layout are closely matched.
How long does it take to make and ship a custom urn?
Production times vary by item. Most custom orders are made within a few business days and then ship according to the selected method at checkout.
Can custom items be returned?
Custom products are typically not eligible for return unless there is a defect or an error on our end. If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll make it right.

We edit your pet's photo and prepare it for a standard 6" x 4" print. You can print it at home or at major stores such as Walmart and Walgreens.
