The Walnut Rectangle Pet Urn uses a clean photo-only front that keeps attention on one meaningful image. Its straight rectangle frame gives the memorial a simple, modern look while the authentic black walnut adds a darker natural wood tone.
Crafted in the United States from North American black walnut, this wooden pet urn is hand sanded and sealed with clear-coat lacquer. The photo sits behind plexiglass, ashes are secured behind a wooden panel, and the four Phillips screws are hidden behind the frame for a neat exterior.

Can the Rectangle frame be engraved?
No. The Rectangle frame is the photo-only style in this collection, so front frame engraving is not available.
- Front frame: Photo display only.
- Lid engraving: Optional pet name, name and message, clip art, or a message up to 4 lines and 150 total characters.
- Walnut contrast: Engraving on the lid has strong contrast on black walnut.
Which size should I order?
Size is based on your pet's healthy weight and the urn capacity.
- Small: 30 cubic inches for pets 1-30 lb, measuring 6.5 in L x 4.3 in H x 4.6 in W.
- Medium: 70 cubic inches for pets 31-70 lb, measuring 7.7 in L x 5.2 in H x 5.3 in W.
- Large: 120 cubic inches for pets 71-120 lb, measuring 8.8 in L x 6 in H x 5.75 in W.
If your pet is within 5 lb of the next size up, choose the next size up.
How is the urn opened?
The ash compartment is reached by removing the front frame pieces in order.
- Press the side of the frame at the opening and slide it right or left.
- Take out the plexiglass and remove the wooden panel with a Phillips screwdriver.
- Place the ashes inside, then secure the wooden panel again.
- Set the photo in place, replace the plexiglass, and reinstall the frame.
The Phillips screwdriver is required and is not included.
Is a printed photo included?
A printed photo is not included, but the uploaded image is edited and returned as a print-ready 6 x 4 inch file.
- Print: Use the returned file for a 6 x 4 inch print.
- Trim: Cut away the red area after printing.
- Fit: Photo dimensions vary by urn size and frame style.

Will my engraving look exactly like the preview?
The preview is designed to be as accurate as possible. Minor differences can occur due to engraving methods and material grain, but spacing and text layout are closely matched.
How long does it take to make and ship a custom urn?
Production times vary by item. Most custom orders are made within a few business days and then ship according to the selected method at checkout.
Can custom items be returned?
Custom products are typically not eligible for return unless there is a defect or an error on our end. If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll make it right.
