Yes. The Double Oval frame is designed specifically for two pets and can display two separate photos or one photo, depending on how you want the memorial arranged.
What engraving options are available?
The double oval frame can be engraved with two pets' names and both lifespans. Optional lid engraving may also be added with a pet name, a name and message, clip art, or a message up to 4 lines and 150 total characters.
How do I choose the right size?
Choose the urn size by your pet's healthy weight, and select the next size up if your pet is within 5 lb of the next range.
- Small: 30 cubic inches for pets 1-30 lb.
- Medium: 70 cubic inches for pets 31-70 lb.
- Large: 120 cubic inches for pets 71-120 lb.
How do I add ashes and photos?
A Phillips screwdriver is required and is not included.
- Press one side of the frame opening and slide the frame until the opposite side releases.
- Remove the plexiglass, unscrew the wooden panel, and place the ashes inside.
- Secure the panel again, position the photo or photos, replace the plexiglass, and reinstall the frame.

How long does it take to make and ship a custom urn?
Production times vary by item. Most custom orders are made within a few business days and then ship according to the selected method at checkout.
Can custom items be returned?
Custom products are typically not eligible for return unless there is a defect or an error on our end. If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll make it right.

We edit your pet's photo and prepare it for a standard 6" x 4" print. You can print it at home or at major stores such as Walmart and Walgreens.
