The Cherry Pet Urn with FIOH Corner frame uses the Corner Cascading Heart design with the fixed phrase "Forever in our heart" built into the front. It combines a photo opening, warm cherry wood, and optional engraving to create a personalized pet memorial urn for your companion's ashes.
Made by hand from North American cherry, the urn is hand sanded and finished with clear-coat lacquer for a smooth natural look. Cherry can become darker red over time, especially in sunlight, while the frame's hidden hardware keeps the outside of the urn clean and refined.

Can I edit the Forever in Our Heart wording?
No. The phrase "Forever in our heart" is fixed on this frame style and cannot be changed.
What engraving can I add to the FIOH Corner urn?
- Frame engraving: Add only your pet's name or add the name together with the lifespan.
- Lid engraving: Add a pet name, name with message, clip art, or a message up to 4 lines and 150 total characters.
What are the available sizes?
The FIOH Corner urn is available in Small, Medium, and Large to support different pet sizes.
- Small: A compact option for smaller pets.
- Medium: A middle option for added capacity.
- Large: The largest option is made for pets up to 120 pounds.
If your pet is close to the next size range, selecting the next size up is recommended.
How do I open the urn for ashes and the photo?
Press on the side of the frame opening and slide the frame until the opposite side releases. Remove the plexiglass, take out the wooden panel with a Phillips screwdriver, insert the ashes, secure the panel again, place the photo, replace the plexiglass, and reinstall the frame.
How can I limit cherry wood darkening?
Cherry naturally changes from lighter red to darker red over time, and sunlight speeds up the change. Display the urn away from direct sunlight when a lighter cherry tone is preferred.

The preview is designed to be as accurate as possible. Minor differences can occur due to engraving methods and material grain, but spacing and text layout are closely matched.
How long does it take to make and ship a custom urn?
Production times vary by item. Most custom orders are made within a few business days and then ship according to the selected method at checkout.
Can custom items be returned?
Custom products are typically not eligible for return unless there is a defect or an error on our end. If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll make it right.
