This Cherry Pet Urn with FIOH Paws is designed for a meaningful pet memorial with a favorite photo, paw print artwork, and optional engraved text. The fixed "Forever in our heart" wording gives the urn a loving remembrance message, while the right side provides space for your pet's name and either a message or lifespan.
Made by hand in the United States from North American cherry, this photo pet urn has a clear-coat lacquer finish, felt feet, and a hidden rear panel behind the frame for ashes. Cherry wood begins as a lighter red and darkens naturally with age and sunlight, giving each memorial a warm tone that continues to develop.

What parts of the FIOH Paws design are customizable?
- Not customizable: The phrase "Forever in our heart" and the paw prints between the words are fixed.
- Customizable: The top right can hold your pet's name and the bottom right can hold either a message or lifespan.
- Additional option: Lid engraving can include a pet name, a name with message, clip art, or a message up to 4 lines and 150 total characters.
What size should I order?
Use your pet's healthy weight as the sizing guide. Small is for 1-30 lb pets, Medium is for 31-70 lb pets, and Large is for 71-120 lb pets. If your pet is close to the next range by 5 lb or less, select the larger size.
How do I insert the ashes?
Slide the frame from the side opening so the opposite side lifts out, then remove the plexiglass and wooden panel. Place the ashes inside, reattach the panel with the four Phillips screws, set the photo in place, replace the plexiglass, and reinstall the frame. A Phillips screwdriver is needed and is not included.
Is the photo printed for me?
The photo is not printed with the urn. After you upload an image during customization, it is returned as a print-ready 6 x 4 inch image so you can print it and trim away the marked red area for the correct fit.
How does cherry wood age?
Cherry naturally changes from a lighter red to a deeper red over time. Sunlight can speed up this darkening, so place the urn out of direct sunlight if you want the tone to change more slowly.

Will my engraving look exactly like the preview?
The preview is designed to be as accurate as possible. Minor differences can occur due to engraving methods and material grain, but spacing and text layout are closely matched.
How long does it take to make and ship a custom urn?
Production times vary by item. Most custom orders are made within a few business days and then ship according to the selected method at checkout.
Can custom items be returned?
Custom products are typically not eligible for return unless there is a defect or an error on our end. If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll make it right.
