- Front engraving: Add your pet's name and lifespan.
- Lid engraving: Add a pet name, name and message, clip art, or a message up to 4 lines and 150 total characters.
- Preview note: A personalization preview is intended to closely represent the final engraving.
Which size is right for my pet?

- Size range: Three size options are available for small through large pets up to 120 pounds.
- Capacity guidance: Choose the option that most closely matches your pet's size.

How do I place the photo and ashes?
The frame opens so the photo and ashes can be placed securely inside.
- Frame access: Press on the side of the frame opening and slide it until the opposite side pops out.
- Ash compartment: Remove the plexiglass, unscrew the wood panel, place the ashes inside, and re-secure the panel.
- Photo setup: Place the photo against the panel, return the plexiglass, and reinstall the frame.
- Tool note: A Phillips screwdriver is required and is not included.

How long does it take to make and ship a custom urn?
Production times vary by item. Most custom orders are made within a few business days and then ship according to the selected method at checkout.
Can custom items be returned?
Custom products are typically not eligible for return unless there is a defect or an error on our end. If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll make it right.

We edit your pet's photo and prepare it for a standard 6" x 4" print. You can print it at home or at major stores such as Walmart and Walgreens.
