The Maple FIMH Paws Pet Urn uses a left-side cascading heart frame with the fixed phrase "Forever in my heart" and paw prints between the words. It keeps the tribute focused on your pet's photo while adding a familiar paw print detail to the front of the memorial.
This urn is made by hand in the United States from North American maple, then hand sanded and finished with clear-coat lacquer. Maple can range from white to soft peach, and its even grain gives the urn a smooth appearance that pairs well with strong-contrast engraving.
- Optional engraving can add your pet's name, message, or lifespan.
- Felt feet help reduce movement and protect display surfaces.
- Each urn receives a final inspection before shipment.

Can I change the phrase or paw prints?
The left-side phrase and paw print details are fixed parts of this design.
- Fixed phrase: "Forever in my heart" cannot be changed.
- Fixed design: The paw prints between the words are part of the frame.
- Custom text: Optional engraving can still personalize the right side of the memorial.
What personalization is available?
This maple pet urn has front engraving options that fit the right side of the frame.
- Top right: Add your pet's name.
- Bottom right: Add either a message or lifespan.
- Lid engraving: Optional lid engraving is also available.
How do I add the ashes and prepare the photo?
The frame opens so the ashes can be placed behind the photo area.
- Ash placement: Slide the frame out, remove the plexiglass, unscrew the wood panel with a Phillips screwdriver, place the ashes inside, and secure the panel again.
- Photo placement: Position the photo against the panel, replace the plexiglass, and reinstall the frame.
- Photo prep: During customization, your uploaded photo can be returned as a print-ready image to print and trim.
- Tool note: A Phillips screwdriver is required and is not included.

Will my engraving look exactly like the preview?
The preview is designed to be as accurate as possible. Minor differences can occur due to engraving methods and material grain, but spacing and text layout are closely matched.
How long does it take to make and ship a custom urn?
Production times vary by item. Most custom orders are made within a few business days and then ship according to the selected method at checkout.
Can custom items be returned?
Custom products are typically not eligible for return unless there is a defect or an error on our end. If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll make it right.

We edit your pet's photo and prepare it for a standard 6" x 4" print. You can print it at home or at major stores such as Walmart and Walgreens.
