The Oak Centered Heart Pet Urn is a handmade wood pet urn with a centered heart photo opening for a favorite picture of your companion. North American oak gives the memorial a classic wood look with a sturdy appearance, making it a natural choice for a shelf, mantel, or remembrance table.
The front frame protects the photo with plexiglass, while the ashes rest behind a wooden panel secured with four Phillips screws hidden behind the frame. Optional engraving adds a personal tribute to the heart frame, and the clear-coat lacquer finish helps preserve the natural oak grain.

What can be engraved on the Oak Centered Heart Pet Urn?
Optional frame engraving can create a simple tribute directly on the centered heart design.
- Front frame: Add your pet's name with either a short message or a date of birth.
- Lid engraving: Add a pet name, a name with message, clip art, or a message up to 4 lines and 150 characters.
- Oak engraving look: Engraving looks good on oak, with a more subtle appearance against the grain.
Which size should I choose?
Choose the size based on your pet's healthy weight, and select the next size up when your pet is close to the upper end of a size option.
- Small: Suited for smaller pets.
- Medium: Suited for mid-sized pets.
- Large: Suited for larger pets and pets up to 120 pounds.
How are the ashes and photo placed inside?
A Phillips screwdriver is required and is not included.
- Press the side of the frame at the opening and slide the frame until the opposite side releases.
- Remove the plexiglass and unscrew the wooden panel.
- Place the ashes inside, re-secure the panel, set the photo against it, replace the plexiglass, and reinstall the frame.

Will my engraving look exactly like the preview?
The preview is designed to be as accurate as possible. Minor differences can occur due to engraving methods and material grain, but spacing and text layout are closely matched.
How long does it take to make and ship a custom urn?
Production times vary by item. Most custom orders are made within a few business days and then ship according to the selected method at checkout.
Can custom items be returned?
Custom products are typically not eligible for return unless there is a defect or an error on our end. If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll make it right.

We edit your pet's photo and prepare it for a standard 6" x 4" print. You can print it at home or at major stores such as Walmart and Walgreens.
