This urn is handmade in the United States from North American oak and high-grade Tier A lumber, then hand sanded and finished with clear-coat lacquer. Felt feet help protect furniture, the photo is covered with plexiglass, and the ash compartment is secured by a wooden panel with four Phillips screws hidden behind the frame.

Can custom items be returned?
