What engraving fits the Circle frame?
The Circle frame is set up for optional front engraving with your pet's name and lifespan.
- Front option: Add the name and lifespan directly on the Circle frame.
- Lid option: Add a pet name, a name with a message, clip art, or a message up to 4 lines and 150 total characters.
What size Circle urn should I order?
Select the Circle urn size using your pet's healthy weight and the available Small, Medium, and Large options.
- Smaller pets: The Small option is made for a more compact memorial.
- Mid-size pets: The Medium option offers added capacity without changing the overall photo urn style.
- Larger pets: The Large option supports pets up to 120 pounds.
If your pet is close to the next size level, choose the larger urn.
Will the circle urn darken if it sits in sunlight?
Cherry darkens most noticeably when it is exposed to sunlight, although it can also deepen with age. Limiting sunlight exposure is recommended if you prefer the lighter red tone.
How do I use the photo opening and ashes compartment?
Remove the frame and plexiglass, then unscrew the wooden panel with a Phillips screwdriver so the ashes can be placed inside.
- After filling: Reattach the wooden panel before placing the photo.
- For the image: Position the photo against the panel, add the plexiglass, and reinstall the frame.
- Printing note: Customization can provide an edited print-ready image for printing and trimming.

How long does it take to make and ship a custom urn?
Production times vary by item. Most custom orders are made within a few business days and then ship according to the selected method at checkout.
Can custom items be returned?
Custom products are typically not eligible for return unless there is a defect or an error on our end. If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll make it right.
