No. The phrase "Forever in my heart" and the paw prints between the words are fixed parts of this frame style.
What personalization can I add?
- Top right: Add your pet's name.
- Bottom right: Add either a message or a lifespan.
- Lid: Add optional lid engraving with a name, message, clip art, or up to 4 lines and 150 total characters.
How should I select the urn size?
Match the urn to your pet's healthy weight and choose from the available Small, Medium, and Large sizes.

How are ashes secured inside?
The ashes are placed behind a wooden panel that is secured with Phillips screws hidden behind the frame. A Phillips screwdriver is required to open and re-secure the panel, and it is not included.
How is the photo prepared for the paw print frame?
When you customize the urn, your uploaded photo can be edited and returned as a print-ready image. After printing, trim away the marked red area so the remaining image fits the urn.

How long does it take to make and ship a custom urn?
Production times vary by item. Most custom orders are made within a few business days and then ship according to the selected method at checkout.
Can custom items be returned?
Custom products are typically not eligible for return unless there is a defect or an error on our end. If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll make it right.
