What can be engraved on the FIOH Corner frame?
This frame keeps the memorial phrase fixed while allowing a simple custom text option.
- Fixed phrase: "Forever in our heart" cannot be changed.
- Front engraving: Add your pet's name only or your pet's name with lifespan.
- Lid engraving: Optional lid engraving is also available.
What size options are offered?
This urn is offered in multiple sizes so you can choose the best fit for your pet's memorial.
- Size range: Three available sizes support pets up to 120 pounds.
- Selection: Choose according to your pet's healthy weight and the amount of ashes to be placed inside.
- Sizing tip: Select the larger option if your pet is near the next size.
How are the ashes and photo added?
The frame can be removed to access the ashes compartment and photo area.
- Frame access: Press the side of the frame at the opening and slide it until the opposite side releases.
- Ash compartment: Remove the plexiglass, unscrew the wood panel, place the ashes inside, and secure the panel again.
- Photo setup: Place the photo against the panel, replace the plexiglass, and reinstall the frame.
- Tool note: A Phillips screwdriver is required and is not included.

The preview is designed to be as accurate as possible. Minor differences can occur due to engraving methods and material grain, but spacing and text layout are closely matched.
How long does it take to make and ship a custom urn?
Production times vary by item. Most custom orders are made within a few business days and then ship according to the selected method at checkout.
Can custom items be returned?
Custom products are typically not eligible for return unless there is a defect or an error on our end. If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll make it right.

We edit your pet's photo and prepare it for a standard 6" x 4" print. You can print it at home or at major stores such as Walmart and Walgreens.
