Made 100% in the United States from North American maple, this pet ashes urn is hand sanded and finished with clear-coat lacquer to show maple's white-to-soft-peach tone and even grain. The photo is covered with plexiglass, the ash chamber closes behind the frame with a wooden panel and four Phillips screws, and felt feet help protect the surface beneath it.

Can the Maple Oval Pet Urn be engraved?
Yes, front frame engraving is optional for this Oval Frame style. The available front engraving can include your pet's name, lifespan, and clip art in the top left and top right corner areas.
- Lid engraving: A pet name, name and message, clip art, or a message up to 4 lines and 150 total characters can be added to the lid.
- Maple contrast: Engraving is known to show strong contrast on maple.
How do I select the correct size?
Use your pet's healthy weight as the main guide when selecting a size. Three size options are available for pets up to 120 pounds, and the larger option is generally preferred when the choice is close.
- Small: Best for smaller pets and simple shelf display.
- Medium: Best for many common household pets.
- Large: Best for larger pets or extra peace of mind.
How do I place the ashes and prepare the photo?
The urn opens from behind the frame, and a Phillips screwdriver is required. The screwdriver is not included.
- Press one side of the frame opening and slide the frame until the opposite side releases.
- Remove the plexiglass, unscrew the wooden panel, place the ashes inside, and fasten the panel again.
- Set the photo against the panel, replace the plexiglass, and reinstall the frame.
- During customization, the uploaded photo is returned as a print-ready image that can be trimmed after printing.

The preview is designed to be as accurate as possible. Minor differences can occur due to engraving methods and material grain, but spacing and text layout are closely matched.
How long does it take to make and ship a custom urn?
Production times vary by item. Most custom orders are made within a few business days and then ship according to the selected method at checkout.
Can custom items be returned?
Custom products are typically not eligible for return unless there is a defect or an error on our end. If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll make it right.
