What can I engrave on the centered heart frame?

The centered heart frame can be personalized with your pet's name and either a message to your pet or a date of birth. Optional lid engraving may also be added when available.

How do I choose the right size?

Choose the urn size by your pet's healthy weight, and select the next size up if your pet is within 5 lb of the next range.

  • Small: 30 cubic inches for pets 1-30 lb.
  • Medium: 70 cubic inches for pets 31-70 lb.
  • Large: 120 cubic inches for pets 71-120 lb.

How are ashes and the photo added?

The ashes are placed behind the photo frame in a secure wooden compartment, and a Phillips screwdriver is required for the inner panel.

  • Remove the frame and plexiglass from the front opening.
  • Unscrew the wooden panel, place the ashes inside, and re-secure the panel.
  • Place the photo against the panel, replace the plexiglass, and reinstall the frame.

Can I upload a photo for the urn?

Yes. During customization, your uploaded photo can be edited and returned as a print-ready 6 x 4 inch image, then printed and trimmed to fit the frame.
