Each urn is handmade in the United States from North American maple, then hand sanded and finished with clear-coat lacquer to preserve the smooth grain and light natural color. Plexiglass protects the photo, the ash chamber closes with a wooden panel and hidden Phillips screws, and felt feet help prevent surface scratches and slipping.

What can be engraved on the Side Rectangle frame?
Frame engraving is optional. This Side Rectangle layout can include your pet's name, lifespan, and message on the right side of the photo.
- Lid engraving: The lid can be personalized with a pet name, name and message, clip art, or a message up to 4 lines and 150 total characters.
- Maple detail: Engraving shows strong contrast on maple.
How do I choose between Small, Medium, and Large?
Select the size that fits your pet's healthy weight and your comfort level. Three size options are available for pets up to 120 pounds, and the larger size is recommended when your choice is close.
- Small: A fitting choice for smaller pets and compact displays.
- Medium: A fitting choice for many common pet sizes.
- Large: A fitting choice for larger pets or more interior room.
How do I access the ash chamber and photo area?
The ash chamber is behind the frame, and the photo rests behind plexiglass. Use a Phillips screwdriver for the hidden screws; it is not included.
- Press at the frame opening and slide the frame sideways until the opposite edge releases.
- Remove the plexiglass, unscrew the wooden panel, place the ashes inside, and re-secure the panel.
- Add the photo against the panel, replace the plexiglass, and reinstall the frame.
- Your uploaded photo is edited during customization and returned as a print-ready image for trimming after printing.

How long does it take to make and ship a custom urn?
Production times vary by item. Most custom orders are made within a few business days and then ship according to the selected method at checkout.
Can custom items be returned?
Custom products are typically not eligible for return unless there is a defect or an error on our end. If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll make it right.
